TruScan
Step 1 · Your account

Wear the truth — register your badge

This is the accountable identity your live trust score attaches to. We ask for as little as possible, and you consent to each use separately on the next screens.

Step 2 · Granular consent

What you're agreeing to

Each item is separate and affirmative. Nothing is pre-checked. The required ones are the minimum to hold a public badge; optional ones you can leave off. You can withdraw any of these later.

Your standing rights — they never expire. You can access, correct, withdraw any consent, or delete your data at any time at privacy@truscan.app. Personal data is kept only while your account is active, then deleted or de-identified; sourced verdicts about public claims may remain with the identity link severed. We collect the minimum needed and never sell your data. Your data & rights →
Step 3 · Sign the record

Your consent record

This is the exact, versioned, hashed record that will be written to your TruScan account — append-only, so it stands as proof of what you agreed to and when.

I have read each item and affirm this record is accurate.

By submitting, a timestamped consent record is stored for each granted item. A material change to any policy will require you to re-consent. Biometric self-enrollment, if selected, is not activated until reviewed under your jurisdiction's biometric law.

TruScan collects the minimum data needed and never sells it. Biometric features require review under Quebec Law 25 (declaration to the CAI) before activation.
This is a draft consent system — have it reviewed by a privacy lawyer before public launch.
